Iraq-New-Way

There are certain things that the United States could do to make it more effective in Iraq.

1. Re-deploy its troops, decreasing those in Europe and Asia so that the Surge in Iraq could continue with the troops that are freed up from the rest of the world.
2. Repatriate the first time, non-violent war prisoners and the dead to their country of origin and keep track of their number.
   
3. Request that defense contractors increase their production 50% with no overtime to provide the arms needed for Iraq and to replenish those that were used by the war.
4. Grant Citizenship to all the Iraqis and their immediate family who worked for the US for a reasonable time, est. 50,000, and to future employees, est. 1,000 per month.
5. Start accounting for and punishing, with aireal bombing of the homes and training camps of any violent anti-American/insurgent combatants.
